Mr. Bruce Bagheri is a business executive with a 25 year record of a multi-million dollar company. He has been a Principal and Managing Director with United Union in Beverly Hills, California. He directed this innovative niche business , which helps and supports Labor Unions throughout the United States , during this time, Mr. Bagheri led three start-ups companies including new divisions and new businesses. His path to success was to optimize strategic niche opportunities such as launching a retail division for financing and developing residential and commercial Real Estates and Business developments. Mr. Bagheri built three businesses to over $200,000,000 annually. Mr. Bagheri is skilled in finance, marketing and operations with executive strengths in business planning, launch and growth. He received a BS Degree at California State University , Dominguez Hill and also received a degree in Math and Science from Highbrow Technical College in Portsmouth, England.

Mr, Smartt resides in Pensacola, Florida and maintains a law firm that serves clients internationally as well as domestically. A graduate of Brigham Young University with a degrees in Economics and Chemistry. He continued his education and received a Juris Doctor from Samford University in 1998. Mr. Smartt founded and managed the largest (at that time) real estate transaction firm in the State of Alabama, representing more than 8,000 clients over 16 – year period. Additionally, he founded a real estate development company that has produced more than 400 residential condominiums apartments awarding winning residential communities, as well as commercial office and retail space.
Having lived abroad at various times in his life, Mr Smartt is fluent in Spanish and has served various charity organizations servingSouth America and the Caribbean. Additionally, he has served on various corporate and advisory boards, providing legal and consulting services for a variety of ventures. His career has permitted the negotiation and drafting of international treaties with multinational trade agreements, international banking, and financial transaction, as well as consulting on issues as complex as infrasture and growth.
With this unique experience, Mr. Smartt continuous to develop projects within the United States as well internationally. He has received numerous awards, is an invited guest lecturer/instructor, author, and is an active pilot. He reserves time from his schedule to serve as a pro-bono advocate for those vulnerable society representing indigent individuals and children before the bar.
